The Second Annual Indy Film Festival is a celebration of Young Talent within the Greater Baton Rouge Area. Entries to this festival are submitted from IPT Film Camps and Affiliate Youth Programs. This festival is an opportunity for young movie and content makers to showcase their movie making skills.
