MONDAYS “Concept To Cut: Filmmakers Workshop”
Step behind the camera and discover the art of visual storytelling through film in this immersive, hands‑on workshop. Participants will explore every stage of the filmmaking process—from developing an idea in pre‑production to bringing it together in post‑production.
Over the course of the program, students will learn how to plan, shoot, and edit their own short film projects while gaining a practical, real‑world understanding of how a production comes to life. Each session breaks down both the creative and technical elements of filmmaking, guiding participants from concept to final cut and equipping them with the collaboration and problem‑solving skills used in professional film and television productions.
TUESDAYS “Truth in Performance: Actors Workshop”
Join this transformative five‑week acting intensive designed to prepare young performers for the professional acting world. This program introduces participants to core acting techniques used across film, television, and theatre, with a strong focus on emotional truth, active listening, and authentic connection.
Through weekly hands‑on exercises, scene work, and industry‑focused skill building, students will develop their craft, confidence, and readiness for both stage and screen. Participants will explore character development, script analysis, and performance techniques that support natural, believable acting.
Each session balances creative exploration with practical preparation, helping students understand not only how to act, but how to work professionally and thrive as performers in today’s entertainment industry.
WEDNESDAYS “Reel Scenes: Audition Prep Workshop”
Step into the spotlight and build confidence for the audition room with Reel Scenes, an interactive audition preparation workshop designed especially for young performers. This engaging session focuses on helping students strengthen on‑camera and in‑person audition skills through scene work, cold reads, and character development.
Participants will learn how to break down scenes, make strong acting choices, and present themselves with confidence and professionalism. Through guided exercises and feedback, students will gain practical tools used in real auditions while developing focus, creativity, and teamwork skills that translate to stage and screen.
THURSDAYS “Create To Captivate: Writing Workshop”
This 4-week writing workshop invites students to explore creativity, imagination, and self-expression through words. Writers will learn how to develop ideas, create characters, and turn thoughts into engaging stories and written pieces in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each week focuses on building confidence, expanding vocabulary, and strengthening storytelling skills through fun prompts, guided exercises, and collaborative activities. Students will be encouraged to find their unique voice while learning how structure, detail, and creativity work together on the page.
This workshop helps young writers grow their communication skills, sharpen their imagination, and develop a love for writing. No prior writing experience is required — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to try.
